Global Payplus Functional Consultant [PayPlus]

Our project requires a Payplus Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of back-office operations and experience or exposure in payments.

Responsibilities:

• Would be the point of contact for the Finastra Global Payplus setup
• Would own/manage the Support and queries coming from the bank
• Should be able to close the tickets within the agreed SLA
• Should understand basic of Java/J2EE concepts and do basic troubleshooting
• Discuss with business on any new requirement and convert that into business specification
• Should be able to do system support and administration of UNIX-like platforms
• Discuss with the business on the Issues and troubleshooting

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 5-10 years of experience
