IntouchCX is looking for a Quality Assurance / Training Manager based in Pampanga, Mabalacat, Philippines. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to coach teams across multiple departments to ensure client satisfaction and key metrics achievement.
The ideal candidate has over 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in customer service, and demonstrates exceptional analytical and organizational skills. They will be responsible for developing training programs and conducting performance evaluations.
