Drive excellence in golf maintenance at Blue Mountain Resort. This year-round, full-time position focuses on course management and team leadership in operations.
As Supervisor of Golf Maintenance, you will monitor daily upkeep standards and engage directly in maintenance duties. Experience in both summer golf maintenance and winter ice rink operations is expected for this dynamic role. Your leadership will foster teamwork and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staff assignments and training programs
• Manage mowing, bunker upkeep, and fertilization
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and safety queries
• Ensure quality rink conditions during winter months
• Assist with pest diagnostics and IPM documentation
Requirements:
• Required Landscape Exterminator License for application
• Reliable transportation for travel between sites
• Valid Driver’s License for equipment operation
