Graduate Trainee Claims Technician

Pro Insurance currently has some exciting new opportunities for a Graduate Trainee Claims Technician to join our Legacy Claims Team, processing claims to support an existing client.

Pro currently operates a hybrid working model. The majority of this role will be working at home with travel to the Glasgow or Horsham office on a weekly basis, and other offices as and when required.

Purpose of Role

Reporting to the Claims Manager, the Graduate Claims Technicians will handle a caseload EL/PL disease and illness claims under supervision, including, but not limited to, the following:

• NIHL
• HAVs
• Liaising with solicitors and brokers
• Managing all diaries and post within the agreed SLAs
• Developing effective business relationships internally and externally
• Maintain accurate records for auditing and regulatory purposes
