Requirements:

• Lead drive awareness campaigns for green initiatives, environmental and water management programmes
• Develop and manage Reduce, Reuse and Recycle strategies and program with tenant's participation that are aligned with the corporate policy targets
• Maintain the efficient operations of all plants, equipment and systems within the building to ensure the operations are in safe and efficient manner
• Formulate and implement sustainability management plan in line with BCA's Green Mark and LEEDS certification requirements
• Work closely with consultants to ensure compliance for Green Mark verifications and re-certification
• Lead the interface with government agencies, Owner, Tenants Building Occupants and visitors on sustainability matters
