Grounds & Landscaping Coordinator

As a CBRE Landscape Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of grounds, plants, and foliage for a designated property.

This job is part of the Landscaping function. They are responsible for the delivery of gardening and landscaping services to the organization or client.

What You’ll Do

• Perform all landscape responsibilities within project deadlines, including mowing grass, trimming bushes, etc.
• Conduct daily maintenance requirements on site.
• Assist supervisor with regular site inspections.
• Protect the organization and clients from damage and loss. Report landscape damage to supervisor.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. <...
