Group Corporate Governance Counsel / Specialist

Join our dynamic Corporate Governance and Transactions team, which plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company's adherence to corporate governance standards, as well as legal and regulatory requirements (including MAR) across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the Group Corporate Governance and Transactions Director, you will collaborate with cross‑functional departments such as Legal, Finance, Compliance, IP, Procurement and Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, coordination, and distribution of Group board materials (agendas, minutes, resolutions, reports) through the Company board portal.
• Lead in managing the Company’s insider list management tool and related actions, ensuring compliance with MAR requirements, and support on inside information and share dealing questions.
