Group Senior Manager

Purpose of the role

This role is built for a hands‑on sourcing specialist who can operate at pace. The primary focus is to run multiple, complex RFPs in parallel within the Lounges category, while also flexing into transformation‑led sourcing opportunities across Hotels, Transport and Disrupted Passenger (IROP/EU261) spend. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing high volumes of live sourcing activity, cutting through complexity, spotting cross‑category synergies and applying commercially creative solutions to drive tangible cost outcomes. This is not a strategy‑only or people‑leadership role. It is for someone who enjoys doing the work: structuring RFPs, driving negotiations, landing contracts and unlocking value in operationally complex environments.
