Mission

Maximize the performance of active projects once they're in market. Your responsibility begins where launch ends: continuous optimization of funnels, performance, and conversion. You don't launch new projects — you make the existing ones better, and to do it, you lead an execution team.

What You’ll Do

  • Active project optimization – Own the continuous improvement of live funnels. Monitor CPL, CPA, conversion and LTV, detect deviations and act on tactical adjustments without waiting for approvals.
  • Performance management – Oversee paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and other channels. Propose and run continuous tests: creatives, audiences, landing pages and nurturing flows. Manage paid media budgets exceeding €30k/month across multiple projects.
