Job Description

  • Bring 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, growth, marketing ops, or a commercial support role at a tech company — or come from the product/tech world with a genuine interest in pursuing a sales career.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with founders and senior stakeholders.
  • Show strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball.
  • Bring a commercial mindset and genuine interest in business development and growth.
  • Feel comfortable doing research, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining pipeline and process documentation.
  • Show familiarity with CRMs, pipeline management tools, and sales workflows.
