A leading global digital infrastructure company seeks an experienced Enablement Program Manager to design and execute enablement programs that drive adoption of processes and methodologies. You will partner with key stakeholders to assess capability gaps, develop proposals, and manage programs throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree, and demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives. This position offers a salary range of 73,000-109,000 CAD annually, along with competitive benefits.
