About the Role

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to be the technical operator behind Pepper's US revenue engine. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and AI — building the automations, agents, data pipelines, and signal-based plays that let a small team punch like a much larger one.

This is not a traditional RevOps or marketing ops role. You're a builder. You ship workflows in Clay, n8n, and custom code; you wire LLMs into outbound and lifecycle; you stand up an AI-SDR layer; you build internal tools that make every rep and marketer 3–5x more productive.
