Guest Journey Manager – Santorini, Greece

This role is actively sought in the hospitality and tourism sector of Greece for the year 2026. Santorini is one of the most sought-after luxury destinations in the world, featuring boutique hotels, cave suites, and ultra‑luxury properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the guest journey from arrival to departure.
  • Ensure the highest levels of service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to coordinate guest experiences.
  • Analyze feedback and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
