Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of designated supervisor, Guests Services Assistant performs duties such as receiving and directing guest traffic, checking guests in and out, receiving payments if required, and responding to guests' inquiries. The assistant communicates available services and amenities, processes payments, and provides information in a congenial manner.

  • Answer incoming calls within 3 rings with appropriate greeting and assist with reservations, confirmations, room need requests and questions.
  • Manage and greet walk-in guests warmly and perform registration procedure upon arrival. Handle guests’ requests and concerns promptly and with courtesy.
  • Check-in guests upon their arrival, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted, fulfilled, and provide excellent customer service to promote a positive first impression of the hotel.
