About the role

Picture your day starting at a Haas VF-9, coffee in hand, reviewing yesterday’s run data and today’s build plan. You open Mastercam to refine a toolpath, step onto the floor to set up a VF-7 for a prototype, prove out a new routine on the VF-10, and collaborate with Engineering and Quality to lock in a stable production process. If you enjoy turning complex CAD and GD&T into clean, efficient G-code—and seeing perfect parts come off the table—this role is for you.


What you’ll do

  • Program, refine, and optimize CNC toolpaths for Haas VF-7, VF-9, and VF-10 machining centers.

  • Set up, troubleshoot, and prove out programs to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and throughput.

  • Translate blueprints, CAD models, customer specs, and GD&T into robust machining strategies.

  • Select tooling, workholding, feeds, and speeds to balance cycle time, finish, and tool life.
