Depth Calculation:
• 3/4 backing
• 23-1/4 cabinet clearance depth
• 1 door thickness
= 25 total cabinet depth
3/4 countertop overhang
= 25-3/4 total depth including countertop
Height:
• 36 total height including countertop
• 4 toe kick
• 1-1/4 stone thickness
• 24 backsplash
We will need to fabricate a 7 soffit to finish cleanly to the ceiling.
Upper Cabinet
Depth Calculation:
• 3/4 backing
• 13-1/2 cabinet clearance depth
• 1 door thickness
= 15-1/4 total depth
Ceiling Condition (Important)
There is a boxed-out portion of drywall at the upper left side of the ceiling measuring approximately:
• 4 High × 5 Deep × 16-1/2 Long
This will be concealed within the soffit.
