Hardware Systems Lead - Combat Management System for International Programs. As a member of the product engineering team, the candidate will participate directly in designing and developing optimal product solutions that enable Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. (Lockheed Martin) to maintain a strong position in the naval market. The hardware systems lead is responsible for the hardware architecture of the naval Combat Management System (CMS) for international programs, including designing CMS products that meet customer requirements, building supplier relationships, assessing suitability of potential equipment, and supporting system hardware development from prototyping through end of life. The candidate must be able to lead project coordination, cost accounting, work estimation and team execution using Agile product design methods.
