Hazelnut Company Chile - Plant Performance & Projects Lead

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join our Hazelnut Company Chile team. In this role, you will drive plant performance improvement by leading the implementation and promotion of the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives. Working closely with Plant Managers, you will also oversee cross‑functional projects, support budget planning and tracking, and foster collaboration across departments to ensure the effective execution of operational priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key change agent to drive the rollout of Ferrero Operational Excellence, fostering a continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing culture
