In this role, you will:
  • Architecture Engineering Governance & Enablement Responsible for implementing a multi-year strategy for an automated, streamlined governance approach for architecture-related approval processes, including technology standards and architecture review board
    Working closely with other enterprise platform teams, define and implement engineering policies and standards, ensuring governance is embedded directly into CI/CD pipelines as Policy-as-Code.

  • Global Ownership for SDLC & Engineering Standards Responsible for the definition, socialization, and mandatory adoption of a unified SDLC across the Bank.
    Establish and govern enterprise-grade quality gates and automated validation requirements to ensure software resilience.
    Partner with Risk and Audit executives to ensure technical standards meet evolving global regulatory expectations across Canada, the US, and International Banking.
