Executive Role Summary

The Head – GO-CCC  is a senior enterprise leader responsible for establishing, operating, and continuously maturing Lyca Group’s Global Operations Command & Control Centre , acting as the single operational nerve centre  for real-time monitoring, assurance, correlation, and executive control.

The role owns all tools and platforms  deployed for monitoring, observability, assurance, correlation, and command-centre operations  across network, IT, applications, security, customer experience, and business KPIs.
