Salary: £85,009.60 based on working 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent – 52 weeks (On site 41 weeks of the year)

We have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and experienced senior leader to become the Headteacher of The Grange School. You will lead a school that is inclusive and person‑centred, and will develop and deliver a curriculum that supports emotional wellbeing and independence for pupils.

Your mission will be to create meaningful pathways toward independence, emotional wellbeing, and lifelong skills. You will shape a provision relied upon by many pupils, measuring progress academically, in confidence, communication, and daily independence.
