We are seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to provide frontline support to end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and access-related issues. Based on general knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

+ Respond to incoming support requests through a ticketing system and ensure timely resolution in accordance with established SLA requirements. Based on general knowledge.

+ Troubleshoot common issues involving hardware, software, login access, email, desktop support, and basic applications in Windows and Office 365 environments. Based on general knowledge.
