Penmac Staffing is hiring a Help Desk Technician to support our employees and internal users across the organization. As a Help Desk Technician, you are the first point of contact when technology issues arise. You'll provide technical support and guidance while helping employees stay productive and connected.
This role blends troubleshooting, customer service, and technology support. One minute you're helping an employee resolve a software issue. The next, you're setting up equipment for a new hire or responding to a help desk ticket. It's fast-paced, problem-solving focused, and a critical part of keeping our business running smoothly.Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
