Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join a growing support environment in Raleigh, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset and enjoys helping users resolve hardware, software, and point-of-sale issues. The role supports a confidential client in the hardware space and offers the opportunity to contribute to a newly expanding team focused on responsive service, user education, and continuous improvement.
