Job Description
We are seeking a capable and motivated Helpdesk Support Engineer to join our operations and support team.
- Opportunity to work on large scale digital transformation projects.
- 5 days work week (Mon to Fri), Hybrid Work Arrangement.
- Basic Salary up to $4,400 + AWS.
- Provide L2 support for production and staging systems, handling escalations and restoring services within SLA/OLA timelines.
- Investigate incidents (errors, alerts, performance, integrations) and perform in-depth troubleshooting using logs and monitoring tools.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions to minimize recurring issues.
- Monitor system health proactively and execute configuration changes, patches, and operational fixes.
- Maintain documentation (runbooks, SOPs, knowledge base) while ensuring compliance, security standards, and supporting audits and releases.
