Description

Technical team member who has excellent customer service skills to provide 1st level ticket resolution and escalation routing. Responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting IT end user computing within the organization. · Provision desktops and laptops o Initiate provisioning package - installs and checks on laptops · Deal with shipping / shipping requests / material handlers · Sending return kits to recover assets from internal employees · Occasionally onsite setting up desks for users
