Overview

A Meat Vendor Helper assists in the daily operations of a butcher shop, meat market, or grocery store.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in Meat Preparation: Help in cutting, trimming, and portioning meat products.
• Assist the butcher in grinding, slicing, and packaging meat.
• Customer Service: Help customers select meat products.
• Weigh, wrap, and label meat for sale.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding meat types, cuts, and prices.
• Stocking and Display: Arrange meat products in display cases.
• Restock shelves and refrigerators as needed.
• Monitor product freshness and remove expired items.

Qualifications

• Must be atleast high school graduate
• Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
• Good with customer service is an edge

• Full time workers only
