Job Summary

The Coconut Grating Helper supports the primary grating process by ensuring that coconuts are properly prepared, grated, and packaged. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment and requires good physical stamina and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Preparation: Assist in cleaning and preparing coconuts for grating, which may include removing husks and shells.
• Grating: Operate or assist with manual or machine-operated coconut graters to shred coconut meat.
• Quality Control: Ensure grated coconut meets quality standards (e.g., consistency, texture, and cleanliness).
• Packaging: Help package grated coconut for delivery or sale, ensuring the proper quantity and presentation.
