Job Description

• The Coco Grinding Helper assists in the cocoa grinding process, ensuring that cocoa beans or nibs are ground efficiently into cocoa powder or paste. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
• Operate and monitor grinding machines to process cocoa beans or nibs into cocoa powder or paste.
• Ensure the correct grinding settings are applied and adjust equipment as needed for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• 18 to 30 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Additional vocational training or certification in food production or machinery operation is a plus.
