The Coconut Sheller and Parer is responsible for manually or mechanically removing the outer husk (shelling) and inner brown skin (paring) of coconuts to prepare them for further processing. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Shelling Coconuts:
  • Use hand tools or machinery to remove the outer shell of coconuts efficiently.
  • Ensure minimal wastage while extracting the coconut meat.
• Paring Coconuts:
  • Remove the thin brown skin from the coconut meat using a paring knife or specialized tools.
  • Ensure that the final product is clean and meets quality standards.
• Quality Control:
