Job Description
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and utensils. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe and hygienic food preparation environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashers.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and work surfaces.
