Job Description

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and utensils. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe and hygienic food preparation environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashers.
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and work surfaces.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and sinks.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and garbage.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or washing produce.
