Helper

The Helper provides support in various operational tasks at GD Realty, assisting with property maintenance, site preparations, and general upkeep to ensure properties are well-presented and operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with property inspections and minor repairs or maintenance tasks.
• Help in preparing properties for sale or rental, including cleaning and organizing.
• Support the team in setting up property showings and open houses.
• Assist with moving furniture, materials, or equipment for property staging.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of properties during maintenance or viewing events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or real estate is a plus.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work in various environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
