SUMMARY:
Our client in the Electrical Industry is seeking to employ a HIAB Operator to join their team.
Please note that this is a (fixed-term contract).

Registration No. 2022/ /07 Duties & Responsibilities
- Pre-start safety checks: Inspect crane, hydraulics, ropes, outriggers and complete the daily logbook.
- Safe site set-up: Assess ground, clear overhead power lines, deploy outriggers with pads and barricade slew zone
- Load handling: Lift and place materials safely without risk to people or property.
- Legal compliance: Operate within the OHS Act and Driven Machinery Regs.
- Communication: Work with Banksman / Riggers using hand signals or radio.
- Documentation: Update crane logbook, report incidents and near misses.
