The HNW Professional Development Lead is a strategic role responsible for creating, developing, and executing the Great Eastern HNW Sales Leadership Program to support HNW Sales Leaders across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Build the Great Eastern HNW Sales Leadership Program to support Great Eastern Distribution HNW Sales Leaders in their professional development.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses to identify leadership and sales capability gaps and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Establish and cultivate partnerships with leading industry and academic institutes in the design and execution of key programs to support the business strategy for the HNW segment.
