Available Roles

1. Voice Support Specialist

Focus: Real-time verbal problem solving.



Key Task: Handling inbound inquiries regarding billing, troubleshooting, and account management.



Ideal for: Enthusiastic communicators who can build rapport quickly.



2. Non-Voice (Digital) Specialist

Focus: Multitasking across Chat, Email, and Social Media.



Key Task: Managing 2-3 concurrent live chats or responding to customer emails with high precision.
