HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) opportunities are available within a welcoming Primary School in Gloucester. This HLTA role is a full-time, long-term position starting in September and continuing until the end of the academic year. Working as a PPA Teacher, you will deliver high-quality learning across the primary age range while also supporting pupils through targeted interventions and classroom-based support. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA or qualified Teacher seeking a rewarding role within a primary school.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering targeted intervention sessions to support pupil progress and attainment
• Providing in-class support to pupils and teachers to enhance learning outcomes
• Maintaining positive behaviour management and following the school's behaviour policies
• Following all safeguarding procedures and promoting pupil welfare at all times
