In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under the direction of the Home Care Nursing Supervisor. As an LPN, you will be responsible for administering care, maintaining professional ethics, and supporting care plans. Your experience in home care and strong interpersonal skills will facilitate integrated health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer care tasks as assigned by the case coordinator
• Work independently and manage patient needs effectively
• Complete the required certifications for IV therapy and wound care
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professional practice
• Engage in problem-solving with an analytical approach
Requirements:
• Must be a registered Licensed Practical Nurse in Manitoba
