As a Care Assistant, you will deliver person‑centred care tailored to each Service User, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care according to Care/Support Plans
• Administer medication safely in line with policies
• Build strong, respectful relationships with Service Users
• Communicate effectively with families and professionals
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Support individuals in their own homes
• Assist with personal care (washing, bathing, moving & handling)
• Prepare meals and support with shopping
