Supervise the hotel maintenance team for optimal operations and guest satisfaction. Oversee inspections, compliance with safety regulations, and ensure all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently.
This role is centered on managing daily operations and leading maintenance staff. You'll respond to maintenance requests, conduct routine inspections, and coordinate specialized services from external vendors.
