Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and organization in all areas.

Supervise and train housekeeping staff in proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.

Conduct regular inspections of hospital and public areas to maintain high standards.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.

Assist in addressing employees and patients complaints and ensure satisfaction with housekeeping services.





Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or supervisory role

Skills and Competencies: Proficient in furniture care, disinfection, upholstery cleaning, and carpet cleaning
