Job Description
Responsibilities: Responsible for work pass applications, renewal and cancellation including arrange for repatriation of workers. Sourcing of manpower to meet manpower needs including follow-up with recruitment agency and foreign worker directly. Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date. Support the training and development needs of employees by processing and administering the full spectrum of training, seminar, course and programme. Full payroll processing for foreign workers. Preparation of payroll report, manpower report and other reports as and when required. Assist in implementation and maintaining of ISO quality system Monitor and communicate with employees on staff matters In Charge of general office administration. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma in HRM/Business Administration with 2 years of experience, preferably in the Construction Industry Familiar with MOM regulations Work independently Familiar with MS Word & Excel Knowledge...
