Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Admin Officer located in Calamba. The HR Admin Officer will be responsible for managing HR-related tasks such as overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and handling HR management activities. The role also includes maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and facilitating employee onboarding and training.

  • Skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Knowledge and experience with HR Policies and Employee Relations
  • Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
