We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Officer
to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting both human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The successful candidate will play an integral part in fostering a positive workplace culture and providing efficient support to employees and management. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and offboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, personnel files, and databases. Administer leave management, attendance, and employee benefits including insurance and medical claims.
