Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. New Hire Onboarding

 Prepare onboarding process for new hires such as sending and monitoring of pre-employment requirements, requisition of email address, company tools and other necessary onboarding preparations

 Coordinate with Maxicare L&D on the schedule of New Hire Onboarding

 Register new hires to Sprout



2. Compensation & Benefits Administration

 Prepare semi-monthly pay instructions for submission to Maxicare C&B team

 Prepare BPI and GoTyme (UBP) bank files and payment requisition forms for payroll processing

 Prepare monthly remittance report and payment: PHIC, SSS, HDMF, BIR 1601c

 Process, execute and monitor other employee benefits including but not limited to health and wellness benefits (HMO, Group Life Insurance), leave monitoring, birthday token, Christmas goodies, bereavement, sympathy flowers, car plan benefit
