Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support in board spectrum HR and administrative functions
  • Proper maintenance of personal information
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulation
  • Liaise with government agencies when necessary
  • Handling grievances, counselling and disciplinary inquiry to ensure progressive discipline
  • Participate in MOM surveys
  • Manage employee exit / resignation process
  • Assist to liaise with recruitment agencies for various positions
  • Assist in handling work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
  • Assist in checking Monthly Payroll
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
