As an HR Admin Specialist, you support efficient HR operations by administering the full colleague and candidate lifecycle, from recruitment and pre-boarding through to payroll inputs and exit.

You enable HR systems accuracy, translations, and smooth day-to-day People service delivery across the market. You are a detail‑oriented and dependable HR professional who brings accuracy, discretion, and a collaborative spirit to multiple HR functions, contributing to H&M’s business success through people engagement.   • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle documentation for Store Managers and Support Office colleagues, providing standardized templates for execution.
