XMD LOGISTICS SERVICES - J&T Cargo
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Handle end-to-end timekeeping, attendance monitoring and payroll coordination
✓ Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding
✓ Maintain HR reports, trackers, and personnel records
✓ Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies management
✓ Assist employees with basic HR and administrative inquiries
✓ Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower needs and staffing updates
Qualifications:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
✓ With 1–2 years of experience in HR or office administration
✓ Experience with logistics or in manpower agency is preferred
✓ Knowledgeable in labor standards and HR processes
