Payroll Processes

  • Process all monthly payroll transactions and ensure compliance with the payroll calendar and deadlines.
  • Perform calculations related to salaries, vacation pay, 13th-month salary, terminations, leaves of absence, allowances, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
  • Ensure the accurate processing of hires, terminations, contractual changes, and employee status updates.
  • Manage the submission, verification, and maintenance of all legal and statutory obligations, including eSocial, FGTS, INSS, income tax withholding (IRRF), and other labor requirements.
  • Calculate payroll-related provisions, including vacation accruals, payroll taxes, and other labor liabilities, supporting financial controls and budgeting processes.
  • Submit all required payroll information to eSocial.
