  • Assist with the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS.
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee onboarding to enhance staff integration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
