Job Summary

Manage comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, work pass administration, training coordination, and staff development to support organizational effectiveness and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes for foreign employees to meet organizational talent needs.
  • Process and monitor work pass applications, renewals, and staff accommodation to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HR portal and physical records for reliable data management.
  • Coordinate and schedule all staff training courses to enhance workforce skills and development.
  • Facilitate in-house training sessions and staff engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
